Stephanie Iannarone L.Ac, CFMP, CHHC

Owner/Acupuncturist/Nutritionist

Stephanie is passionate about health and healing. As a teenager, she went through the traditional medical system while dealing with clinical depression. She took the pills, saw the psychiatrists, and followed the doctor’s orders, but the struggle only got worse.

She realized there must be a better way and began to study holistic health practices. She was so inspired by what she learned about natural health and how it affected her that she wanted to learn more and help others to do the same.

During her undergraduate work at Rutgers University, she started out in fitness, briefly working as an aerobics instructor and personal trainer. Her attention then turned to holistic nutrition, and this was the main catalyst to her own healing.

She attended the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City and began her career as a Certified Holistic Health Coach. Wanting to take her training to another level, she studied Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture and received her Master’s degree from Tristate College of Acupuncture in New York City. She is board-certified and licensed in both New York and New Jersey. She decided to continue her education further by thoroughly studying Functional Medicine.

Since holistic health is an ever-changing and growing field, she stays up-to-date on the latest research and is consistently attending seminars and lectures so that she may offer her patients the best knowledge available.

Jeanette Short L.Ac, Dipl. Ac.

Acupuncturist

Jeanette has dedicated herself to a lifelong process of learning and questioning. It has always seemed obvious to her that there needed to be more natural remedies made available for the overwhelming number of health problems that people suffer through in our modern age. With her background in history and the encouragement of an uncle who studied Chinese medicine, Jeanette started down a path that culminated in becoming an acupuncturist. Learning the time-honored but modernly updated medicine of acupuncture has allowed Jeanette to finally find some of those answers she sought for so many years.

Jeanette Short, L.Ac., Dipl. Ac., received her Master’s Degree in Acupuncture from the Won Institute of Graduate Studies.  The Won Institute focuses on integrating multiple styles of acupuncture with a focus on TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) and Five Element Acupuncture. Jeanette’s studies there also included a focus on the integration of meditation into the lives of her patients and herself. Daily meditation has brought a centering calm to her life that had always seemed elusive in the past. In combination with acupressure and acupuncture treatment, meditation has brought great healing into her own life.

Jeanette is certified by the National Certification Commission of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) and is licensed by the New Jersey Acupuncture Board.

Chaliyah Penick, L.Ac, Dipl.Ac

Licensed ACUPUNCTURIST

Chaliyah Penick, M.Ac, L.Ac., Dipl.Ac. (NCCAOM)® is a board certified, state licensed (NJ & PA) acupuncturist, and holds a Master’s degree from Won Institute of Graduate Studies in Glenside, Pennsylvania. Prior to studying Oriental medicine, she studied sociology at both Rowan University in Glassboro, New Jersey and the University of Westminster in London, England before going on to graduate with honors from Rowan University. Prior to enrolling in acupuncture school, she worked hands on with preschool students in the classroom setting. Despite loving her position working with toddlers (the little people), Chaliyah wanted to fulfill her life’s work of helping people to discover the healing benefits of natural and holistic lifestyle choices. She was motivated to help people understand the medicinal benefit of balanced and proper food selection, as well as getting in tune with the innate intelligence of the human body to prevent and heal illness.

Chaliyah’s interest in natural medicine stemmed from her personal health experiences that responded positively to diet changes, consistent exercise, and receiving acupuncture. The culmination of these experiences as well as personal education and research led her on a path of dedicating her life to the study and practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Client Testimonials

The ladies here are so welcoming and genuinely interested in each patient. Stephanie has helped my daughter (12) with eczema greatly! Her supplements are unlike many we have tried. After trying for many months on our own to clear my daughters skin issue, we went to Stephanie. In 2 weeks we were seeing amazing results! Now I have started seeing her for digestion and endocrine help. Immediately I saw results! I highly recommend her for all your health needs!

I have been seeing Stephanie since the spring of 2015 for nutritional counseling. She listens to me and takes the time to understand my individual concerns. I appreciate that she is always prompt, never making me wait and that she takes her time, never making me feel rushed. Her new office is so welcoming and comfortable and her staff is the best. I’m always greeted with a friendly smile! I have seen and felt real results with her guidance and expertise and would confidently recommend Fast Track to Health. Reach out to her if you are struggling with a health issue and looking to find an effective, alternative solution.
